Sales and Use Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Prices may be above the “face value” listed on the ticket.  It will include a non-refundable service fee and facility fee based on the venue’s facility fee charge.

2. All sales are final; there are no cancellations, returns or exchanges.

3. If the event is cancelled, you will be given a full refund less shipping cost.

4. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the original tickets are valid and will not be entitled to any refund.

5. Total order will include service and delivery fee.

6. The best available seats will be given at time of purchase.   All orders are subject to ticket availability.

7. Tickets will be delivered via USPS for the charge stated during the checkout process.   Tickets can also be picked up at the “Will Call” window of the Box office for no additional charge.  It can take up to 14 days to deliver your tickets via USPS.   We do not mail any tickets one week before the actual event.   All tickets purchased one week before the event can be pick up at the “Will Call” window.

8. Lost or Damaged Tickets can be replaced for an additional fee subject to the venue’s policy.   You will be required to show proof of purchase such as email receipt, driver’s license and credit card used at time of purchase.   Please keep it in a safe place.

9. All tickets purchased thru the website using debit cards or credit cards are processed thru PAYPAL and will be subject to their regulations for processing and refunds.

DS USA - Pinoy Concerts reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct deems disorderly, uses abusive or vulgar language or who fails to comply with the venue’s rules and policies.
